1. REVIEW OF CALENDAR YEAR 2022 CITY COUNCIL GOALS AND
CONSIDERATION OF 2023 CITY COUNCIL GOALS - Update on the 2022 goals and several topics for consideration in developing goals for Calendar Year 2023.
