This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid model. The Public may join this meeting virtually or attend in-person in the Council Chambers. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, City Councilmembers and staff may be participating in this meeting via teleconference pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e). Once public comments are heard, the Closed Session will begin, and the virtual meeting will be locked to unauthorized persons.
