BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-001, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Sania Sameri and Kiana Samar Bahadoran on behalf of S & K Health Services doing business as Infinity Adult Day Health Care
Project Address: 5703 Corsa Avenue, Suite 100
Project Description: Request for an extension of the permit term for an adult day health care facility that provides a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to elderly persons and disabled adults.
2. Planned Development Permit No. 22-001
Applicant: David Chau on behalf of Marshall Gross
Project Address: 4061 Lakeview Canyon Road
Project Description: Review of proposed parking lot circulation improvements as requested by the Land Use Committee at the November 2, 2022 meeting for a project that includes the conversion of an existing movie theater into two new restaurant suites and one new retail suite, the installation of a new outdoor dining area, and an exterior remodel of the shopping center.
3. Election Sign Ordinance Amendment
Description: A proposed amendment to the regulations governing campaign signs related to government and homeowners association elections, including the locations where signs are allowed and timing of when signs can be placed.
