BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-004, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Daniel Crisafulli doing business as LGC Engravers Project Address: 31316 Via Colinas, Suite 110
Project Description: Request for a time extension to authorize the continued sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption as part of a custom engraving business.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 88-001, Modification No. 7 Applicant: Lisa Welch on behalf of Westlake Patticate, Inc. doing business as The Enriching Hour Preschool
Project Address: 31842 Village Center Road
Project Description: Request for a modification to authorize an increase in student enrollment from a maximum of 60 to a maximum of 75 children.
3. Conditional Use Permit No. 07-005, Modification No. 1 & Planned Development Permit No. 23-001
Applicant: Bill Brown on behalf of Oaks Christian School Project Address: 31829 La Tienda Road
Project Description: Request for a modification of Conditional Use Permit 07-005 to add elementary school grades and authorize an increase in student enrollment from a maximum of 300 to a maximum of 800 students and a Planned Development Permit to authorize the installation of seven modular classrooms on the middle school campus.
