1. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE REGULATING DRONE/UNMANNED
AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS; ORDINANCE 302-23 - Waive the full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 302-23 by tittle only.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CLEANSTREET FOR CITYWIDE STREET SWEEPING - Award a street sweeping contract with CleanStreet and authorize the Mayor to sign this service contract on behalf of the City.
