1. Conditional Use Permit No. 98-001, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Alexia Liavas
Project Address: 5700 Corsa Avenue, Suite 106
Project Description: Request for a time extension to authorize the continued operation and an expansion of a dance studio.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 18-003, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Anthony Virella
Project Address: 31230 Cedar Valley Drive
Project Description: Request for a time extension to authorize the continued operation of an instructional fitness facility.
3. Conditional Use Permit 23-004
Applicant: Jennifer Kang
Project Address: 5790 Lindero Canyon Road, Suite 2A
Project Description: Request for a conditional use permit to renew a previously expired conditional use permit to authorize the sale of alcohol for onsite consumption in conjunction with the operation of an existing restaurant.

Project Description: Request for a new conditional use permit to authorize the sale of alcohol for onsite and offsite consumption in conjunction with the operation of a new restaurant.
5. Conditional Use Permit No. 23-003
Applicant: Massimo Forti

Project Description: Request to reinstate a conditional use permit that was revoked by the City Council on February 24, 2021 that authorized the sale of alcohol for onsite and offsite consumption in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant.
