BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 23-002
Applicant: Ravinder Sandhu on behalf of Verizon Wireless Project Address: 5495 Via Rocas
Project Description: Request to renew a previously expired conditional use permit to authorize the operation of an existing wireless telecommunications facility located on a mono-eucalyptus tree on the Calvary Community Church site.
2. Planned Development Permit No. 23-002
Applicant: Tony Principle on behalf of Finish Line Auto Club Project Address: 5388 Sterling Center Drive
Project Description: Request for a planned development permit to authorize the demolition of approximately 26,362 sq. ft. of existing commercial space and the construction of approximately 36,500 sq. ft. of new commercial space for the expansion of a car storage facility. The existing facility provides 28 car storage units (typically 5-6 cars per unit) and approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of common areas, and the applicant is proposing to add 11 new car storage units and increase the size of the common areas by approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
