BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 95-003, Modification No. 3 Applicant: AT&T Wireless
Project Address: 5706 Corsa Avenue
Project Description: Request for a time extension to authorize the continued operation of an existing wireless telecommunication facility and modifications to the facility to remove 12 antennas and 3 remote radio units and install 15 new antennas and 6 new remote radio units.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 23-005, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Liliya Bezinover
Project Address: 31149 Via Colinas, Suite 603
Project Description: Request to modify an approved conditional use permit for the sale of alcohol for onsite and offsite consumption in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant to authorize an expansion into a third suite of the commercial center.
3. Oak Tree Permit 23-001
Applicant: Zac Thayer on behalf of Westlake Village Plaza Property Owners Association Project Address: Lindero Road & Russell Ranch Road
Project Description: Request for an oak tree permit to address the unpermitted pruning of 45 protected oak trees after-the-fact and a discussion of the mitigation measures recommended in the oak tree report prepared by Dudek and dated September 2023.
