This Special Closed Session Meeting of the Westlake Village City Council was called to order by Mayor Pearl on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.

City Council convened in a Closed Session for the following purpose:
Councilmember McSweeney and Mayor Pro Tem Davis arrived at 4:02 p.m.
Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation
Significant Exposure to Litigation (California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)): 1 potential case.
