BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 23-006
Applicant: Dish Wireless
Project Address: 5716 Corsa Avenue
Project Description: Request to authorize the installation and operation of a new rooftop wireless telecommunications facility that includes six antennas and twelve remote radio units within two roof-mounted enclosures.
2. Planned Development Permit No. 94-006, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Costco
Project Address: 5700 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to convert the existing indoor food service area to outdoor food service.
3. Slope Development Standards on Developed Sites
Project Address: Three Springs, Parkwood Estates, Southridge Trails, Westlake Trails, Canyon Oaks, Upper Terrace, Westlake Terrace, Westlake Pointe, and Sycamore Canyon Estates residential neighborhoods and the Mixed Use Corsa and Mixed Use Corsa Zoning Districts
Project Description: Presentation of recommended changes to the Hillside Development Standards in order to add provisions that would regulate new development on slopes with the potential to adversely impact public views and public view corridors.
