1. CULTURAL RECREATION COMMITTEE REPORT – COMMUNITY PARK
SIGNAGE AND TRASH ENCLOSURE, AND SHADE STRUCTURE AT CANYON OAKS PARK - Update to the City Council to hear input as staff and the Cultural Recreation Committee continue to work on these projects before returning to Council for action at future Council meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 95-003, MODIFICATION NO. 3; RESOLUTION NO. 2328-23 - Adopt Resolution No. 2328-23, determining Conditional Use Permit No. 95-003, Modification No. 3 is exempt from CEQA and approving CUP 95-003, Modification No. 3 to authorize the continued operation and modification of an existing rooftop wireless telecommunications facility located at 5706 Corsa Avenue.
RESOLUTION NO. 2328-23 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTLAKE VILLAGE APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 95-003, MODIFICATION NO. 3 RELATIVE TO THE CONTINUED OPERATION AND

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23-005 MODIFICATION NO. 1; RESOLUTION NO. 2329-23 - Adopt Resolution No. 2329-23, determining Modification No. 1 of Conditional Use Permit No. 23-005 is exempt from CEQA and approving Modification No. 1 of Conditional Use Permit No. 23-005 to authorize an expansion of alcohol service into Suite 603 in conjunction with the operation of a new restaurant located in Suites 601, 602, and 603 of the Lindero Oaks commercial center at 31149 Via Colinas.
RESOLUTION NO. 2329-23 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTLAKE VILLAGE APPROVING MODIFICATION NO. 1 OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23-005 TO AUTHORIZE AN EXPANSION OF ALCOHOL SERVICE INTO SUITE 603 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPERATION OF A NEW RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 31149 VIA COLINAS, SUITES 601, 602, & 603.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. Unless otherwise requested by a Councilmember, there will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS: Warrants effective November 15, 2023 in the amount of $ 353,538.44 and December 1, 2023 in the amount of $ 502,490.00 GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. CONTRACT WITH SESAC LLC FOR MUSIC LICENSING AT SPECIAL EVENTS - Approve the contract with SESAC and that the City Manager be authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PECKHAM &
MCKINNEY, INC. FOR RECRUITMENT OF A DEPUTY CITY MANAGER - Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Peckham & McKinney, Inc. in the amount of $27,000 to conduct a recruitment for a Deputy City Manager.
