BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 84-001, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Westlake Village Speedwash & Gas
Project Address: 30909 Thousand Oaks Boulevard
Project Description: Request to modify CUP No. 84-001 that authorizes the operation of a service station and car wash to expand the permitted hours of operation.
2. Sign Permit No. 23-010
Applicant: Squeeze Massage
Project Address: 30885 Thousand Oaks Boulevard
Project Description: Request to authorize the installation of one non-illuminated
11.06 sq. ft. wall sign facing Thousand Oaks Boulevard, one illuminated 7.2 sq. ft. wall sign facing Lindero Canyon Road, and one non-illuminated 3.75 sq. ft. blade sign overhanging the sidewalk at the entrance to the facility.
