Presentation – Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023 by City’s Auditing Firm - Moss, Levy & Hartzheim PUBLIC COMMENTS: Members of the public may address the City Council on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes. Members of the public may offer comment telephonically or otherwise electronically by using Zoom teleconference service options as listed on Page 1 of this agenda. When attending in-person, complete a Speaker Card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting starting.

1. CULTURAL RECREATION COMMITTEE REPORT - CANYON OAKS PARK
SHADE STRUCTURE, COMMUNITY PARK CONCESSION AGREEMENT, AND COMMUNITY PARK ENTRY SIGNAGE AND TRASH ENCLOSURE - no action required on this item as each item will be returned to City Council individually for final approval. This report is presented to inform the City Council of the Committee discussion and obtain input as staff works to finalize these items.

CONSENT CALENDAR: Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. Unless otherwise requested by a Councilmember, there will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS: Warrants effective February 1, 2024 in the amount of $ 495,087.62
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE
FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2023 - approve the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the twelve-month period ended June 30, 2023 as submitted.
2. ARTERIAL SYSTEM FINANCING PROGRAM ANNUAL REVIEW -
information only and no action is necessary
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CIVIC CENTER EXTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT - Accept the Civic Center Exterior Painting Project and authorize the City Clerk to execute and record a Notice of Completion on behalf of the City.
