CALL TO ORDER:
This Special Closed Session Meeting of the Westlake Village City Council was called to order by Mayor Davis on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 5:03 p.m., at 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Councilmembers Pearl, Halpern, Mayor Pro Tem Honig, and Mayor Davis
ABSENT: Councilmember McSweeney
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Council convened in a Closed Session for the following purpose:
Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (1)
Name of Case: Gist v. City of Westlake Village et al. (LASC Case No. 20VECV01171)
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m. to the Regular Session scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
