GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONTROLLER UPGRADE PROJECT - YEAR 4 –
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS, AMENDMENTS AND CEQA EXEMPTION
DETERMINATION - Make a CEQA Exemption determination for the landscape irrigation controller upgrade project; approve Amendment No.1 to the Irrigation Controller Purchase Agreement with SiteOne Landscape Supply in the amount of $175,997.26; approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Arroyo Irrigation in the amount of $70,750.83; approve an Irrigation Flow Sensor Purchase Agreement with Brightview Landscape Services in the amount of $16,635.20; and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the contracts on behalf of the City.
