PUBLIC COMMENT/SPEAKERS
Members of the public may express comments to the City Council in person at the meeting, or may submit written comments before or at the meeting. Submit a Public Speaker card or Written Comment card to the City Clerk prior to the public comment portion of that item. Public speakers are limited to three minutes unless the presiding officer sets a different limit for meeting management purposes. An oral summary of written comments may be given at the discretion of the presiding officer.

1. CULTURAL RECREATION COMMITTEE REPORT – COMMUNITY PARK SIGNAGE AND TRASH ENCLOSURE PROJECTS - City Council direction for final concept design approvals prior to commencing construction drawings for these projects.

CONSENT CALENDAR: Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO DASH CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO MARINA LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR
LINDERO CANYON ROAD PARKWAY LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT - Approve the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the construction contract with DASH Construction Company Inc for the construction of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Sidewalk Improvement Project, approve the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the construction contract with Marina Landscape Inc. and the Lindero Canyon Road Parkway Landscape Improvement Project and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the contract amendments on behalf of the City.

1. TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT PHASE 1 -
ADOPTION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, CEQA EXEMPTION
DETERMINATION, AND AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE BIDS - Make a CEQA Exemption determination for the Traffic Signal Controller Replacement Project Phase 1, adopt the plans and specifications, and authorize staff to advertise for bids for the construction of the Traffic Signal Controller Replacement Project Phase 1.
2. 2023 GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT - Receive and file the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report.
