BUSINESS:
1. Oak Tree Permit No. 24-001
Applicant: Larry & Suzanne Stoops
Project Address: 147 Sherwood Drive
Project Description: Request to remove four protected oak trees that are growing in conflict with a residence and either currently causing damage or likely to cause damage in the future and prune one protected oak tree.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-007, Modification No. 3 Applicant: Selleck Development Group dba The Shoppes at Westlake Village Project Address: 30770 Russell Ranch Road, Suite H
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued operation of a gym.
3. Planned Development Permit No. 24-001
Applicant: Monica Casas
Project Address: 32037 Kingspark Court
Project Description: Request for a Planned Development Permit to authorize the conversion of 231 sq. ft. of non-habitable space to habitable space, the addition of 831 sq. ft. of new habitable space, an interior and exterior remodel, and the installation of a new covered porch, loggia, and trellis.
4. Discussion of Development Standard Revisions for ADUs Project Address: Residentially zoned properties
Project Description: Discussion of provisions to regulate the development of accessory dwelling units between the front yard setback and a residence unless it would not permit the construction of an 800 sq. ft. unit.
