ROLL CALL: Councilmember Halpern, Councilmember McSweeney PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Telecommunications/Connectivity/IT Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Discussion on the “Dig Once” Council Policy – Discuss the policy, process and procedures for implementation.
2. City Council Chambers Audio Visual Upgrades – Staff to present an overview of the proposed upgrades to assist with preparing a Request for Proposal to submit to City Council for Approval.
