This Special Closed Session Meeting of the Westlake Village City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Honig on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 4:35 p.m., at 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Pearl, Halpern, and Mayor Pro Tem Honig ABSENT: Councilmember McSweeney and Mayor Davis
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Council convened in a Closed Session for the following purpose:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Initiation of Litigation (California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4)): 1 potential case.
Councilmember McSweeney arrived at 5:10 p.m.
