BUSINESS:
1. Sign Program No. 18-012, Modification No. 1
Applicant: Bruce Rokos on behalf of Marshall Gross
Project Address: 4601-4711 Lakeview Canyon Road & 32111 Agoura Road Project Description: Revisions to the existing sign program for the County Line Shopping Center to ensure that all new and replacement signage is consistent with the design of the approved exterior remodel of the shopping center.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-003, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Beth Aboulafia on behalf of Target Corporation Project Address: 30740 Russell Ranch Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued sale of alcohol for offsite consumption.
3. Planned Development Permit No. 18-001, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Rik Bright on behalf of Calvary Community Church Project Address: 5495 Via Rocas
Project Description: Request for a modification of an approved Planned Development Permit to authorize proposed changes to the exterior paint colors.
4. Guidelines for Exterior Paint Colors of Residential & Non-Residential Buildings
Review of guidelines for exterior paint colors for residential and non-residential buildings prepared in response to feedback received during the September 13, 2023 study session with the City Council.
5. Three Springs HOA Maintenance of Facilities and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
Discussion of Three Springs Neighborhood CC&R updates as relates to maintenance of storm drain detention basins and various landscape areas.
