BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 09-006, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Commodore Julie Trussell on behalf of the Westlake Yacht Club Project Address: 32119 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued operation of the yacht club and the sale of alcohol for onsite consumption.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 13-002, Modification No. 3 Applicant: Julie Walker on behalf of Westlake Village Inn Project Address: 32039 Agoura Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued provision of live entertainment at the Stonehaus.
3. Sign Program No. 24-001
Applicant: Brittany Shaw on behalf of The Ridge Westlake Village Project Address: 31200 Cedar Valley Drive
Project Description: Proposed new sign program for The Ridge Westlake Village senior housing development that includes the installation of one new illuminated blade sign, one new monument sign, and two new wall plaques.
