Members of the public may attend in-person in the Council Chambers or watch the meeting through Zoom, City Website (Live Stream) or Cable TV Channel 10. City Council Chamber doors open 30 minutes before the meeting start time.
PUBLIC COMMENT/SPEAKERS
For Special Meetings, public communications are limited to agenda items. Members of the public may express comments to the City Council in person at the meeting or may submit written comments before or at the meeting. Submit a Public Speaker card or Written Comment card to the City Clerk prior to the public comment portion of that item. Public speakers are limited to three minutes unless the presiding officer sets a different limit for meeting management purposes. An oral summary of written comments may be given at the discretion of the presiding officer.
