PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Administrative Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Assessment District Ballot Process Cost, Timeline and Communication/Outreach Plan - Staff and consultants to present Assessment District Ballot project plan and timelines.
2. U.S. Supreme Court Case Update - City of Grants Pass v. Johnson – Preliminary discussion on impacts of U.S. Supreme court ruling.
3. CalPERS Medical Benefit Adjustment and Review of Retiree Medical Benefits - City staff will provide an overview of proposed benefit plan adjustments.
