BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 13-002, Modification No. 3 Applicant: Julie Walker on behalf of Westlake Village Inn Project Address: 32039 Agoura Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued provision of live entertainment at the Stonehaus.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-004, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Angela Marra dba Fur-Ever Grooming Inc.
Project Address: 4637 Lakeview Canyon Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued operation of a pet grooming facility.
3. Sign Program No. 97-002, Modification No. 2
Applicant: Ryan Ybarra on behalf of Starbucks
Project Address: 5750 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to authorize a modification to an approved Sign Program that requires red lettering to allow an alternative color for two new illuminated 20-inch tall channel letter wall signs.
