Applicant: Robert DeMars dba Blind Spirits LLC
Project Address: 31364 Via Colinas, Ste 107
Project Description: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to authorize the sale of alcohol for offsite consumption.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-009, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Carlos Luna for Los Agaves Restaurant
Project Address: 30750 Russel Ranch Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at an existing restaurant.
