BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-008, Modification 2
Applicant: Lawerence Longo for Prince St. Pizza
Project Address: 30768 Russell Ranch Road, Unit A
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at a new restaurant.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 19-008, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Lucas Quinn for Lighting Quick Sports Performance Project Address: 31848 Village Center Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued operation of a private fitness and athletic development training gym.
