CALL TO ORDER:
This Closed Session Meeting of the Westlake Village City Council was called to order by Mayor Honig on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., at 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Councilmembers Pearl, Halpern, Mayor Pro Tem McSweeney, Mayor Honig
ABSENT: Councilmembers Davis
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
CLOSED SESSION:
City Council convened in a Closed Session for the following purpose:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Initiation of Litigation (California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4)): 2 potential cases.
Conference with Real Property Negotiators (California Government Code Section 54956.8)
Property: Russell Ranch Park Leasehold (30798 Russell Ranch Road) Agency negotiator: City Manager Rob de Geus
Negotiating parties: Las Virgenes Unified School District, Montessori School of the Village
Under negotiation: price and terms of payment
Councilmember Davis arrived at 4:35 pm.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m. to the Regular Session scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
