BUSINESS:
1. Three Springs HOA Debris Basins – Discussion regarding potential transfer of debris basin maintenance to Los Angeles County Flood Control District.
2. Neighborhood Beautification Grants – Staff to present preliminary Neighborhood Beautification Grant submission.
