BUSINESS:
1. Planned Development Permit No. 24-003
Applicant: Ivan Ivanov
Project Address: 30805 – 30895 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard Project Description: Request to authorize an exterior remodel to the shopping center (North Ranch Gateway).
2. Planned Development Permit No. 22-001, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Jose Tamayo on behalf of Marshall Gross
Project Address: 4061 Lakeview Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to modify an approved planned development permit for an exterior remodel to the shopping center (County Line).
3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Description: A proposed amendment to allow for residential care facilities (seven or more residents) subject to a conditional use permit in zones that allow singlefamily dwellings in order to be consistent with the Housing Element of the General Plan and State law.
