PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Public Safety Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Public Safety Report – LASD staff will provide an overview of recent public safety statistics, trends, and strategies, and an update on anticipated Contract Law changes for FY 2025-26.
2. Community Wildfire Protection Plan Introduction – Staff to provide introduction to the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) and next steps in the planning process.
3. Kenneth Fire Update – Staff to provide an overview City Staff’s response to the Kenneth Fire.
