APPROVAL OF WARRANTS: Warrants effective March 15, 2025 in the amount of $565,054.82.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENTS - Reappoint to the Public Safety Advisory Board Ted Corwin and Shirley Richards and appoint Gabriel Albarian all with the term ending March 31, 2027.
2. AGREEMENT WITH FINALSITE (FORMERLY BLACKBOARD
CONNECT) FOR ALERT AND WARNING NOTIFICATION SYSTEMS -
Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Finalsite for alert and warning notification systems and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
3. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENTS TO TORO ENTERPRISES, INC.; RESOLUTION NO. 2398-25 - Adopt Resolution No. 2398-25.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 24-002; RESOLUTION NO. 2399-25 - Adopt Resolution No. 2399-25 to terminate Condition Use Permit No. 10-008 and approve Conditional Use Permit No. 24-002 for a one-time expansion and relocation of the CS Motorwerks motor vehicle repair facility from 31129 Via Colinas, Suite 701 to 31117 Via Colinas, Suite 403.
