Public speakers are limited to three minutes unless the presiding officer sets a different limit for meeting management purposes. 1. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT – COMMUNITY WILDFIRE
PROTECTION PLAN UPDATE - Receive and file the Community Wildfire Protection Plan Update report.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 22-001 – MODIFICATION NO. 1; RESOLUTION NO. 2400-25 - Adopt Resolution No. 2400-25, determining Planned Development Permit No. 22-001, Modification 1 is exempt from CEQA and approving Planned Development Permit No. 22-001, Modification 1 authorizing exterior renovations, including upgrades to existing storefronts at the County Line Shopping Center located at 4061 Lakeview Canyon Road.
RESOLUTION NO. 2400-25: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTLAKE VILLAGE APPROVING MODIFICATION NO.1 OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 22-001 AUTHORIZING EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS,
INCLUDING UPGRADES TO EXISTING STOREFRONTS AT THE COUNTY LINE SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED AT 4061 LAKEVIEW CANYON ROAD
CONSENT CALENDAR: Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. Unless otherwise requested by a Councilmember, there will be no separate discussion of these items. GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. 2025 APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANT
ADVISORY COMMITTEE – COUNCILMEMBER HALPERN - Appoint Tish Matthews to the 2025 Community Service Grant Advisory Committee.”
2. AGREEMENT WITH KJ CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS PLAN SERVICES AND TRAINING - Approve the
Agreement with KJ Consultants, Inc. for Emergency Operations Plan and Continuity of Operations Plan writing services and training, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. APPROVAL OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE TRANSIT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS TO OPERATE DIAL-ARIDE PROGRAMS - Approve the Second Amendment to the agreement with the City of Thousand Oaks for the operation of the City’s Senior and Disabled Dial-ARide program and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute on behalf of the City.
