1. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-016, Modification 2
Applicant: John Hubbard for Board and Brew
Project Address: 30734 Russell Ranch Road, Suite D
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption at an existing restaurant.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 16-001, Modification 2
Applicant: Pegah Ramak for Lava Kitchen
Project Address: 4661 Lakeview Canyon Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of an approved Conditional Use Permit to authorize the continued sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at an existing restaurant.
