City Council convened in a Closed Session for the following purpose:
1. Conference with Real Property Negotiators (California Government Code Section 54956.8)
Property: Russell Ranch Park Leasehold (30798 Russell Ranch Road) Agency negotiator: City Manager Rob de Geus
Negotiating parties: Las Virgenes Unified School District, Montessori School of the Village
Under negotiation: price and terms of payment
2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Significant Exposure to Litigation (California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)): 1 potential case
Councilmember Halpern arrived at 4:50 p.m.
