Members of the public may address the Land Use Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Planned Development Permit No. 25-001 and Conditional Use Permit No. 25- 001
Applicant: Ross Miller for Boccaccio’s Restaurant
Project Address: 32123 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to authorize a 2,435 square-foot expansion of an existing restaurant, including interior and exterior renovations, and the addition of a new 1,776 square-foot covered outdoor patio on a cantilevered deck. The new deck structure will extend over the existing sloped lawn area and run parallel to the lakeside walkway along the full frontage of the existing building. The request also includes a conditional use permit for the expanded on-site sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
