BUSINESS:
1. Planned Development Permit No. 22-003, Modification 1 Applicant: Dina Elkinawy for Hani and Razan Shamout
Project Address: 31868 Foxfield Drive
Project Description: Request to modify an approved Planned Development Permit to allow a 114 square-foot addition to the first and second floors of an existing single-family residence, along with a comprehensive façade remodel including a new roof, windows, and entryway, and 176 square feet of front and rear yard patio improvements.
2. Oak Tree Permit No. 25-001
Applicant: Tony Principe
Project Address: 5388 North Sterling Center Drive
Project Description: Request to remove one (1) coast live oak tree and encroach within the protected zone of six (6) coast live oaks in conjunction with a new commercial development, previously approved by Planned Development Permit No. 23-002.
3. Planned Development Permit No. 07-004, Modification 4 Applicant: Jesse Adams for The Hitting Zone
Project Address: 31285 Via Colinas
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing an indoor baseball training facility.
