1. Planned Development Permit No. 88-001, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Brian Hamilton on behalf of The Landing (Dolphin Partners) Project Address: 32123 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to modify exterior building colors of an existing commercial center.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 25-008
Applicant: Jennifer Deeley on behalf of Posh and Petite Project Address: 31166 Via Colinas
Project Description: Request to convert an existing commercial tenant space into a children’s play and event facility, including a small café.
3. Sign Modification Permit No. 25-008
Applicant: Signature Signs on behalf of Conejo Health
Project Address: 31111 Agoura Road
Project Description: Request for a sign modification to install a 6.83’ by 2.5’ externally illuminated sign on an existing monument sign.
4. Sign Modification Permit No. 25-009
Applicant: Signature Signs on behalf of Caldera Medical Project Address: 4360 Park Terrace
Project Description: Request for a sign modification to install a 15.16’ by 3.6’ internally illuminated, channel letter wall sign.
5. Conditional Use Permit No. 14-015, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Jamie Dietenhofer on behalf of Figuroa Mountain Brewing Company Project Address: 30770 Russell Ranch Road, Suites E and F Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption.
