BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit 23-003, Modification 1
Applicant: Tina Pasha for Novo Café
Project Address: 30770 Russell Ranch Road, Suite G
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 10-002, Modification No. 3 Applicant: Michael Simshauser for Paintin Place
Project Address: 31264 La Baya Drive
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued operation of an auto body repair and painting facility.
3. Oak Tree Permit No. 25-002
Applicant: Beverly Brutzkus
Project Address: 2804 Three Springs Drive
Project Description: Request to remove one protected Coast Live Oak tree encroaching onto the roof of an existing single-family residence, resulting in minor damage.
