Resolution No. 2423-25 authorizing the acceptance of an easement for sewer purposes and the summary vacation of a portion of the city’s existing sewer easement at the property located at 5388 Sterling Center Drive.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DASH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025- 26 - Award a construction contract for the Annual Street Resurfacing Project for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 to DASH in the amount of $1,194,131.80; authorize the City Manager to approve change orders up to the 15% contingency amount; and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the construction contract on behalf of the City.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. ADOPTION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, CEQA EXEMPTION
DETERMINATION AND AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE BIDS FOR THE CITY HALL RESTROOM REHABILITATION PROJECT, PHASE 1 - Adopt the plans and specifications for the City Hall Restroom Rehabilitation Project and authorize staff to advertise bids for the Civic Center Restroom Rehabilitation Project – Phase 1.
