PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Environmental Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Neighborhood Beautification Grant Pre-Applications – Staff to present all preapplications, to select projects for a formal application.
2. Street Median Relandscaping Project Updates – Discussion of status of street median relandscaping with concepts and schedule for Thousand Oaks Blvd grant funded project.
3. Capital Improvement Program Review – Staff will present the long-range financial forecast, and review and discuss the 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
