BUSINESS:
1. Oak Tree Permit No. 25-003
Applicant: Whitney Del Real for Robert Gilchrist
Project Address: 3520 Ridgeford Drive
Project Description: Request to remove one protected Coast Live Oak tree and to allow the encroachment into the protected zones and pruning of three additional Coast Live Oak trees in conjunction with the construction of a new, expanded pool and new deck area.
2. Conditional Use Permit 25-002
Applicant: Andrew Whitworth for The Village
Project Address: 5740 Corsa Avenue, Unit 105
Project Description: Request for a conditional use permit to convert an existing commercial space into a private training facility.
3. Conditional Use Permit No. 10-005, Modification No. 3 Applicant: Hezi Sheli for Israeli Martial Arts Academy, Inc.
Project Address: 30961 Agoura Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued operation of a martial arts studio.
4. Conditional Use Permit No. 16-004, Modification No. 5 Applicant: Brandon Wolfe for 14 Cannons
Project Address: 31125 Via Colinas Avenue, Suite 907
Project Description: Request for a modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit to expand the authorized use to include on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages. The existing permit authorizes the on-site tasting of beer and wine, sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption, indoor live entertainment, outdoor seating, and food service.
