BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit 16-004, Modification No. 5
Applicant: Brandon Wolfe for 14 Cannons
Project Address: 31125 Via Colinas Avenue, Suite 907
Project Description: Request for a modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit to expand the authorized use to include on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages and extended hours of operation. The existing permit authorizes the on-site tasting of beer and wine, sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption, indoor live entertainment, outdoor seating, and food service.
2. Conditional Use Permit 15-003, Modification No. 2
Applicant: Renata Oliveira for Daily Breath Pilates
Project Address: 4613 Lakeview Canyon Road
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued operation of a Pilates studio.
3. Discussion of Existing Nonconforming Walls – Street-side and Rear Yard Setbacks
Project Description: Discussion regarding existing nonconforming walls located within street-side and rear yard setbacks, including issues related to wall height, location and consistency with current Municipal Code standards.
