BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit 21-001, Modification No. 1
Applicant: Michelle Zimmer for WundaBar Pilates/Pilates Addiction Project Address: 31149 Via Colinas Avenue, Suite 607
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued operation of a Pilates studio.
2. Discussion of Slope Development Standards – Abutting Major Arterials Project Description: Discussion of potential development standards applicable to residential properties abutting Major Arterials, including regulations related to decks, walls, retaining walls, and similar improvements on sloped sites.
