BUSINESS:
1. Auditor Services Request for Proposal (RFP) Results/Recommendation – Staff to present the results and recommendation from the Audit RFP.
2. California Brown Act Changes (Senate Bill 707) – Staff and consultant to present Brown Act changes, highlighting new hybrid meeting and language translation regulations effective July 1, 2026
3. Presentation of Results for the Compensation Study – Consultant to present results and recommendations of the Compensation Study.
4. Fiscal Year 2026-27 Proposed Operations Budget – Review of the City’s proposed Operations Budget and General Fund Reserve Policy for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
