BUSINESS:
1. Appeal of Staff Determination – Nonconforming Use Relocation Applicant: Jim Marko, on behalf of Westlake Auto Collision Project Address: 31290 La Baya Drive, Suite 3
Project Description: Consideration of an appeal of the staff determination denying the request to relocate an existing legal nonconforming motor vehicle repair use within the La Baya District of the North Business Park Specific Plan, where such uses are explicitly prohibited.
2. Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) Project Location: Citywide
Project Description: Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to update regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs) to ensure consistency with State law.
3. Municipal Code Amendment – 2025 Building Codes Adoption Project Location: Citywide
Project Description: Consideration of a proposed amendment to the Westlake Village Municipal Code (WVMC) to adopt by reference the 2025 Los Angeles County Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Residential, and Green Building Codes, including applicable local amendments.
