PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Administrative Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Investment Update - Stifle to present an update on recent City investments, bond portfolio performance, matured bonds and purchased bonds and outlook of the Federal Monetary Policy.
2. Establishment of the Annual Recognition Award for Law Enforcement in Honor of Bill McSweeney – Staff to present recognition program guidelines, award criteria and potential award items.
3. City Website Domain Name – Staff to provide an update on migration plan to the new domain name for compliance with Assembly Bill 1637.
4. Community Park Field Use Policy – Staff to provide an update on Community Park Field Use Policy and seek Committee input on policy direction.
