PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Members of the public may address the Administrative Committee on items not on the printed agenda and within the Council’s/Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.
BUSINESS:
1. Chamber of Commerce Conejo Valley Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) Expansion Proposal – Chamber and TBID Staff to discuss the renewal timeline and process to add the Westlake Village Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott hotels to the TBID.
2. YMCA Request for Financial Relief – Southeast Ventura County YMCA request to modify the Amended and Restated Promissory Note with the City of Westlake Village.
3. 2027 CalPERS Medical Benefit Adjustment and Review of Retiree Medical Benefits - City staff to provide an overview of proposed benefit plan adjustments.
4. Los Angeles County Measure G (Los Angeles County Government Structure, Ethics and Accountability Charter Amendment) Update – Staff to present an update from the Los Angeles County Governance Reform Task Force recommendations.
5. Administrative Committee Forecast – Update and planning for future Administrative Committee agenda items.
