City Council Chamber doors open 30 minutes before the meeting start time.

Zoom participants are automatically muted and may view, listen, and provide audio public comment when permitted (see “Public Comment/Public Participation”). Meetings are recorded, and all rules of decorum apply to both in-person and remote participants.

PUBLIC COMMENT/PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

When attending through Zoom, follow the instructions to indicate you wish to speak during the meeting. You will be asked to raise your hands via Zoom (audio only; cameras will not be activated for the public).
