1. Conditional Use Permit No. 26-004
Applicant: Ronald Barron, on behalf of Universal Pro
Project Address: 31360 Via Colinas, Suite 101
Project Description: Request for a conditional use permit authorizing a new private instructional baseball facility.
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 11-006, Modification No. 2 Applicant: Anthony Parisi, on behalf of Fitness Factory LLC DBA FitBody Bootcamp
Project Address: 31166 Via Colinas, Suite 1
Project Description: Request for a time extension of a previously approved conditional use permit authorizing the continued operation of a fitness and personal training facility.
3. Planned Development Permit No. 26-001
Applicant: Emiliano Lopes, Jo & Bri Construction, Inc., on behalf of Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park
Project Address: 5600 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to add an approximately 1,800 square-foot carport structure and 7,800 square-foot concrete pad at the maintenance facility serving Pierce Brothers Memorial Park. The expanded area would improve operational circulation and provide covered and open storage for excavation equipment, outer burial containers, monuments, and markers.
4. Sign Modification Permit No. 96-008, Modification No. 1 Applicant: Kaity Maines, on behalf of Costco Wholesale Corporation Project Address: 5700 Lindero Canyon Road
Project Description: Request to modify an existing sign modification permit to remove the existing primary wall sign and replace it with a new 124-square-foot blue and red “Costco Wholesale” wall sign.
