The Westminster Police Department' s sworn personnel can wear green patches and professional staff can wear a green ribbon in May to help raise public awareness of mental health disorders and to acknowledge the historic tragic loss of two of our officers to suicide.

In conjunction with the green patches, a wall within the Police Department will be dedicated for this cause and to the officers whose lives were ended by suicide.
